Alg4Hyd Consortium Gathers in Izmir

 - On October 26 and 27, the Alg4Hyd consortium held a highly productive meeting in Izmir, Türkiye, hosted by our coordinating partner, Ege University. Partners from Türkiye, Hungary, Greece, and Sweden gathered to evaluate progress in scaling up sustainable microalgal bio-hydrogen production.

 - The two-day agenda featured in-depth discussions encompassing genetic strain optimization, photobioreactor scale-up, PEM fuel cell integration, and the latest techno-economic and life cycle assessments. This exchange fosters strong cross-border collaboration as we transition from lab research toward outdoor pilot-scale implementation.
